Description

I have uploaded several images with some text onto a page on my website and I notice that it orders the images according to the order in which I have added them. Does anyone know how to arrange the order of images on a specific page? Please let me know as I am trying to figure it out and it would help me out a lot. Thanks :)

I think sorting is not supported, I would like too make a interface suggestion for manual sort: I'm customer at 2 online video stores, you have to set up a wish list there. The item on top has the highest priority so the wish list needs manual sort facilities. Most online video stores use a similar system, I think this interface could also work for the image module. It works very simple as illustrated by the attached a screen shot, you just enter new line numbers on the left side (only for the items you want to move) and hit 'actualize'. Since taxonomy is used for galleries maybe a generic sort module could be developed that can define a sort order for nodes with a certain taxonomy term or something like this. There is probably a simple solution for our problem, somebody just have to find out.
