Content taxonomy. Country -> City -> Street, is it possible?

For example have 10 countries, 100 cities in them, 1000 streets in every city, simply speaking, big 3 level vocabulary.

Is it possible to build CCK form with Dependent Fields? Tried, but it is a bit limited.

Hierarchical select is more or less suitable for this, but I simply do not like this module, there are reasons.
