Dript Handbook

I've started a project http://drupal.org/project/dript and I want to start writing a handbook on it. How do I begin? Dript is a scripting engine that needs a lot of documentation especially on its growing list of functions. The documentation is very important for users and administrators. Otherwise it will be very difficult for anybody to use the module.
