The Auto Tagging module's installed without a problem and works like a charm. There's just one big problem I'm having.

I'll explain it with my test case.

Got a node that talks about Super Mario and Sonic the Hedgehog. Should be easy enough to find relevant tags for those, but also to find irrelevant ones.

Saving the node causes it to get tagged automatically with plenty tags. That part works just fine.

I then go to edit the node, to remove some irrelevant tags ('Sonic Innovations' and 'Hospitality Recreation', in this case). I can remove them from the taxonomy field without a problem.

Here's when the problem starts. I click save. Auto Tagging sends the node to Calais. Calais returns a list of all the tags (including 'Sonic Innovations' and 'Hospitality Recreation'). Auto Tagging automatically saves them for the node. Aaaaand... it's tagged with 'Sonic Innovations' and 'Hospitality Recreation' again.

In other words: I can't edit the taxonomy field, cause Auto Tagging overwrites my changes.

Now I'm not sure whether or not this problem falls within the scope of the project. Seeing as it's all automated, I realize it could very well be 'as designed' and that I'm not supposed to be able to edit the taxonomy field. If that's the case, can you guys put me in the right direction? It's the only thing lacking from doing what it should do (Sending info to Calais, returning it and shoving it into one vocabulary -- so not into a whole horde of vocabularies, like Open Calais does -- and people with the right permissions being able to alter the tags). If it does fall into the scope of the project, then... well... can you guys put me in the right direction as well?

Thanks in advance
