microsummary 4.7.x-1.0

This is an initial stable release of the 4.7 compatible version of Microsummary module. I believe the module to be stable and functioning and relatively feature complete at this point.

Features included in this stable release include:

• Default microsummaries which automatically insert them into a page so that all you need to get microsummary working is install it on your site and use Firefox2.0+
• The ability to disable the defaults and create your own microsummaries.
• The ability to prefix and suffix the microsummary with custom strings
• The ability to provide the microsummaries as a block (for high perforance sites)
