Basic port of the 5.x code to 6.x.

This hasn't seen much testing, so your help will be greatly appreciated.

No new features or bug fixes at this time, though they may be added as this is a "dev" release.

First 1.0 release of the module. I just made a new feature that on the admin/settings/meez page you can specify which avatar should show up on the users profile page. This makes the module much easier to use which made me think that it probably deserves a 1.0.

Fixes a little array_merge problem and moves the weight a little bit as a minor bug fix.
