I get a blank screen when creating a node if/when an etherpad field is associated with the content type.

(Using Drupal 6.19 with only CCK and git://github.com/KyleAMathews/drupal-etherpad.git inside sites/all/modules/contrib/etherpad)

Note: I have been excited about this project since it was posted and I really hope that it manages to see the light of day. :-)

Additional info:

1. I also get a blank page if I try to go back to "configure" the field.
2. This only occurs if a "URL of Etherpad install" (in this case of a "public site" such as "http://piratepad.net/") is specified.

In otherwords, once a URL is specified and the configuration of the etherpad field is saved, it is no longer possible to re-configure the field or create nodes of the associated content type.

Working with Omar to understand this. It works for me, but that's with drupal 6.20 and on a different server.
