Issue Summary
Drupal 7 has changed the terminology for input formats from "Input Format" to "Text Format". I propose that WYSIWYG follow suit to prevent user confusion.
The attached patch simply changes text strings on the admin/config/content/wysiwyg page from "input format" to "text format".
