Threads in vBulletins can be masked/hidden depending on user groups, however the Forum Activity block displays all threads and posts regardless of user group permissions. The user ultimately can view threads they don't have permission to view, but it would be better if these threads were hidden from them to begin with.

True... something I hadn't thought of, and at this point in time actually don't know how to accomplish. ;) Is it actually letting people view hidden threads or just showing them how many are there? Surely there must be a way in vB to detect only visible threads to that user... I just don't know the API good enough. If you have any insight, feel free to share.

4.7.x is no longer supported. Feel free to re-open this issue if you want to provide a patch.
