5.x-1.x-dev has no .info file

create and save the file blogger.info with the following content

name = "blogger module"
description = "Display's a limitable list of bloggers in a block with a link to more.""

Sorry, I think I already commit the .info file but still not exists on the download link of 5.x-1.x-dev.
We, as developer can not directly check if the file accepted or not on the download storage because Drupal project module run on certain interval, about 12 hours ( ? ) per day.

Anyway, thanks for your info. I just submit the .info file and lets we see if the file will be on the download link for next several hours.
