I think you misunderstand this module. It has no relationship to Ubercart. It is simply a list of pointers to other sites that actually sell the item you listed. It is not, as others have thought, a way to manage user wishlists of products in a Ubercart catalog.

You put whatever is appropriate into the Estimated Cost field. If you want to include VAT in that number you do.

If I've mis-understood your use case, re-open this issue and clarify.
