Just downloaded module. Read scary warnings in doc about BROKEN patches.

However when I look in the subdirectory I only see 3 pached -- node.patch, path.patch & taxonomy.patch. Their names are different from the 7 listed in the doc.

Are these safe to use? Do they do the same things as the similarly named node_cache.patch, path_cache.patch & taxonomy_cache.patch ???

Are the others no longer needed or useful? Should I be looking for them somewhere else?

Please advise.
