Possible to use with regular URL's added on the site?

Hi,
It would be great if we could add this info to sites that are added to the link package interface. For example I'm using vote up down module to create a link directory with voting and tagging. But it would be great if for each site users could click on a "more info" link and come up with this info..
How difficult would it be to adapt?
