Hey All
I want to use my Drupal site primarily as a news/information site for my cricket club. My current installation, defaults to the Blog page but I would like to create a custom home page based on the theme I am using (the Barlow theme - really neat theme). The home page I am planning, will have a tab bar in the header (similar to that on the Drupal site) with links to (Teams, Competitions, Statistics, Picture Gallery, News, etc) along with some text and images in the page body instead of the Blog. Obviously, I will need to add new pages to place the content to which my new links would point to. Can someone explain how those features may be implemented or point me to a forum or handbook link outlining the procedures?
