I think you mean one of two things but I'm not sure which.
1. Do you want the discount to apply then expire (no longer be applicable to any other order)?
OR
2. Do you want to remove the discount from an already submitted order?
If you mean #1 you can accomplish with the "max uses" or "max uses per user" flags. If you mean #2 that seems like it could cause payment issues and you'd probably need to do an adjustment and contact the user. Sounds messy. It might be easier to cancel the order and have the user resubmit but that's personal opinion.
Let me know if that answers your question or if you mean something else.
Neither. What I mean is that when you are at checkout page then you applied a code to your order by clicking the 'Click to calculate discounts' then decided to cancel it afterwards. I tried to blank the field and re-apply but the discount doesn't seem to go away.
Ah, removing a discount from the customer's perspective. Removing the discount from the text field then hitting apply will likely only work if the text field still have something in it. I don't think the click to calculate button will force an update if that field is blank. It might never be removable. Either way that should be a simple fix.
Hopefully I can get to this and some other issues this weekend. My apologies, this is a busy week for me.
