How to charge per node creation

I intend to create a yahoo like links directory and I am using CCK for creating a custom node with the fields I need .
My first question is, how to charge per node?
What I need is to allow an anonymous user to be able to submit my custom node with their link info, and once they submit the node, they need to be directed to paypal and payment needs to be made and if payment is successful, then node is entered into the database as "in moderation que" status. Then I can go ahead and review and approve or not.

I installed lm_paypal module, however it requires user to have a paypal account.

I also installed ecommerce module and pay-per-node module but it requires user to pay for the node first and then they come back and submit a node. The problem is, once you make a payment, there is no way to come back and submit an order since the user is anonymous. Even if it worked, it works in reverse order.

Any ideas on how I can accomplish what i want to accomplish.
