Add an additional link for adding child pages to the handbook

Can we have an extra, more visible link for adding child pages in the handbook?

I think this is easily done at the theme level (with a node-boo.tpl.php), positioned close to the top of the page (under the title?), and maybe this link (or both this and the one at the bottom) could even get a different name like "add new handbook page"

I think the link to be used/altered is: $node->links['book_add_child']
