Per this comment: http://drupal.org/node/106309#comment-186732

It would be make the documentation task easier (especially creating new versions of the 4.7.x pages for 5.x, for example) if there was a faster/nicer way to copy and edit the existing pages. Could have installed on drupal.org a module like Clone? I'd even be willing to tweak that module to make a feature that only allows cloning of pages in the book hierarchy, or whatever is appropriate.

Anyone? There is a second branch of the module the just pre-populates the node form

not a good idea

then additions/clarifications/corrections would need to be posted in multiple locations or (more likely) would only get posted in one version.

See the authoring guidelines on version-specific docs. . .

I almost changed to "by design" but someone with more mojo should do it. . .

@HansBKK Hi just for my own ignorance : please give me a hint to the word mojo so I can add this expression in our "Common Terminology" page. Thanks

Power or status in a psychic/macho sense, similar perhaps to charisma.

I meant "more authoritative" than me.

Don't add it - silly reference to an idiotic movie.

Just looked it up on Wikipedia and looks like it mostly means an amulet in the voodoo religions.

@HansBKK Thanks for your feedback. :-)
