On the main demo site, dbfm.org, the icon to add files to a node appears just below the body during a node add/edit. However when I installed 6.x-1.x-dev, date 2011-Feb-25, it would not appear. While trying to figure out what I had done wrong, I came across the demo6.dbfm.org demo site which is using the 6.x-1.x-dev as well. Since it also does not have the icon below the body during a node add/edit I now know I didn't miss something.

I would like a way to attach files to a node if not using FCKeditor or any wysiwyg editor. It is acceptable to not have the embed in body capability, as I only plan to use dbFM for files that should be attached to a node. I noticed in the module code that dbfm_attachit is still there, but don't yet have the time to see if I can figure out how to get it working again. I may try shortly.

Thank you for this module. We need it not for replication, but because our site needs to comply with certain regulations it is best that file attachments not be stored directly on the web server even if Drupal's file method is set to private.
