custom panels panes

Hiya, I wrote a little add on module for migrating custom text in panels. Posting it here for anyone that's interested.

Basically, it just iterates over the panels_pane table and updates the configuration field (serialized array) for every pane with a type and subtype of "custom". There are probably other panels use cases it misses.
