Anyone know if there is a way to have panels show as "real" Secondary tabs without using any of the ajax based modules like quicktabs, tabs, panel tabs, etc?

I would like to have secondary tabs that are located at real url's.

For example:

Review node page override: node/%node
Specs: node/%node/specs
More: node/%node/more
Colors: node/%node/more/colors
Warranty: node/%node/more/warranty

so this would show Primary/Secondary tabs as:
- View (will rename to Review)
- Specs
- More
-- Color
-- Warranty
- Edit

I don't really see how this relates to Panels? Panels can set all types of menu entries as far as I'm aware, and the one you seem to be looking for is "menu tab". Now I am looking at a D7 site, as I don't have a D6 site handy, but I don't recall this being different in D6. Please just re-open this issue if that's the case.
