Count references from non-node entities

Node references can only reference nodes, not taxonomy terms for example. But you can add a node reference field to a taxonomy term that references a node. Currently nodereference count will not count those references. It will only count references to nodes from other nodes. It should be able to count any nodereference regardless of the entity from which the reference originates. This will require rethinking some assumptions from the node-centric approach of the D6 version.
