Prevent nodereference count fields from being added to non-node entities

Nodereference count fields only make sense in the context of a node, since node reference fields may only reference nodes. To reduce confusion it should either not be possible to add a nodereference count field to a non-node entity or at least warn the user that it is pointless to attempt.
