I have a theme completed and ready to be added to drupal.org. I have CVS-write access, however I have no idea how to use this. I'm not sure how I can add the theme I would like to contribute. Could someone suggest and explain?

I had a same problem with my themes ... then someone published it for me on #drupal (freenode).

First, you need a CVS program

Here is "Quickstart guide"

but it is a command line guide, so if you get a GUI program such as TortoiseCVS you will also need to read the other Handbook pages to get a better picture.

It seems difficult only the first time.
