Cannot make group / cannot save role access for node

Just installed latest version and I made a role, cannot make a group as it say:
Warning: Parameter 1 to simple_access_group_form() expected to be a reference, value given in drupal_retrieve_form() (line 771 of /var/www/www.domain.com/www/includes/form.inc).

When I select the role on a node it show no errors but the checkmark is removed when I enter the node again.
