I had a few reports today of failed transfers which I tracked down as related to some Archive.org maintenance:

I will make some updates to the module to handle this better in the future, particularly in regards to checking to see if bucket/item creation is successful before moving into the file transfer steps.

I committed the check for bucket validity before moving to file transfer, and cleaned up some of the queue code. This should survive an archive.org outage much more gracefully now.

We just went through another eratic period at archive.org and did not run into these issues again, marking as fixed.
