Hi,
I'm wondering wether it is possible to get event to filter based on two taxonomies? You can associate multiple taxonomies with an event content type, but when viewing a calendar you get all taxonomy terms collected into a single drop-down menu.
In my case, it would be best to have either a select list (allowing for multiple selections) or a drop-down menu for each taxonomy associated with the content type. This would mean that you could filter your views in more flexible ways like:
Show only: content type & taxonomy 1 & taxonomy 3
Is this possible? Anyone know a way to achieve this?

i10neorg commentedI'm a noob, so can't provide a solution, but would like to add an, "I agree, good idea".
Providing a "select list (allowing for multiple selections)" makes the most sense to me.

geodaniel commentedI like the sound of that feature too. I think ideally it would add a drop-down menu for each taxonomy that you choose to add a filter for. Not sure what you'd do with the URL to the filtered calendar though... that only really gives room for one taxonomy ID to be passed in.

ndru commentedI give this a thumbs up as well. I'm wondering if there's a way to do it in the URL syntax, or am I actually asking the same question? I'm having trouble finding documentation about the URL syntax for Event, Calendar and Views. I've played around with it a bit, and it does seem to work but not as I expected.

gmak commentedI have discovered that you can do this using the Calendar Views module. You need to create exposed filters for your View (with an output in Calendar format), but it works very well.
