The table prefix braces are missing in .install

I also noticed that the the table name 'term_lineage' does not follow the convention 'modulename_something' that would make it easier to identify where it comes from, but maybe there is a reason which I don't know.

The reason is that when I wrote this, I was hoping to get it into core, but that has so far not panned out. Though I didn't try for 5. I'll have to try again for 6.

Missing braces are fixed in 1.2
