"Page Not Found" when restoring from destination file

I have a 18MB gzip backup file that was exported from one server and is being imported into another. I uploaded the restore file to the manual directory, and it lists as expected.

When selected, I get the "are you sure" prompt and click "restore" but when I attempt to restore from that file, I get a "Page Not Found" error.

The path it's failing on is:
/admin/content/backup_migrate/destination/list/restorefile/manual/ProgressIllinois-2011-03-03T12-27-49.mysql.gz

Any advice would be most appreciated.
