Evevnthough files are synced, private files are not .. (platform/backup.provision.inc) .. this will make a nice boom on D7 sites as files will get lost.

for patch simplicity ( overlap ) i inlcuded the patch in http://drupal.org/node/1079274 for this one, this issue should just be here for the record and google. Should be closed when the other is closed
