I'm surprised I haven't seen this request, but maybe I missed it: The audio module allows you to add/edit a file's id3 tags in the node/add interface. Is that a possibility here?

I use filefield for all my podcasting and would love to have a UI to edit tags rather than having to do it before upload.

I mentioned something like this in #480754-30: filefield_meta: store audio metadata from getid3, but it was never implemented. At this stage in the game with FileField, I think this is unlikely to be implemented. I'm moving this to postponed, as I don't plan on implementing it.
