While Drupal 5 is still lacking in some essential modules for my site, I was hoping to get auto-thumbnailing working with the Video module using ffmpeg. I found a patch in a post on this site but could not get it to work. After applying the patch I go to video_image in admin and get the following error:

warning: Missing argument 2 for drupal_get_form() in /hsphere/local/home/userName/domainName.com/includes/form.inc on line 61.

Has anyone had any success in getting auto-thumbnailing working with the Video module on 4.7 using ffmpeg? If so then I would appreciate some assistance with this issue.

I was able to get some of the plugins to work with the CCK module. I'm not sure why. unfortunately I still was not able to use the auto thumbnailing or video_image plugin to work.

i also found the diff file but i couldn't patch it properly. because everytime i try to patch it says i out of three patches failed. i'm so confused and i have no idea what to do. if anyone out there have found the answer with drupal 4.7.x and mplayer or ffmpeg please help.
