I am suddenly unable to make changes to the "Input Format" in any of my blocks. I am trying to change them to HTML. The input format is listed on the home>>administer>>blocks page, but there is nothing else listed to change it to. In other words, it is not clickable.
Now that I look, I can not change any of my settings either (home>>administer>>settings). All of the choices are listed, but again, not clickable. Any ideas?
Thanks

Body Tag
Do you have a body tag in any of your blocks? I have a number of custom blocks set up for client sites; mostly image-based nav bars. I found that the onLoad tag I had set up to preload images for the nav bars was causing a problem with the theme and disabling the functionality of some node settings, including input format.
I'm a designer, not a developer, so I can't explain the reasons for this. All I know is, I've removed the body tags in all blocks for the affected sites, and now they work fine.
Hope that helps.
help finding body tags
I'm having this same problem - my developer did some custom blocks for me, now the editing is disabled.
Can you tell me what I'm looking for in the blocks so that I can remove them?
Thanks,
Lisa
input format changed - lost access to editing pages
I have this same problem. My web developers started using HTML format, then switched to PhP format. I think this may be the reason it is broken.
I've played with changing the Admin settings on input format, but this doesn't solve the problem. I can create content, but I can't attach anything, or change the input format on the create content pages.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
