SMS Send Form 6.x-1.0

this is first Issue in this date that include
- Create page with menu item in root content form have 'send to any number' access perm.
- the form content Message textarea with char and message counters work with jquery script.
- then the form include SMS Framework send form field.
- then the form include this custom field form from current Gate.

currently this form tested in Mobily.ws gate and Possible to work with another gates via SMS Framework.
