Again, sorry this is so early, but is there a plan and timescale for a D7 release?

xenyo commentedDoes anyone still need D7 version?
We have the module working for a D7 client site and if anyone needs we can tidy it up. If Leo is already working on a D7 version, thats fine also.

leoburd commentedHi xenyo,
It would be awesome if you could tidy up your d7 module and send it to us!
If you decide to do that, how long do you think that would take? Let us know if you have any questions, ok?
Btw, would you like to become a co-maintainer of audioconverter?
Thanks in advance,
.L.

xenyo commentedHi Leo,
Let me try to do that in the next few days and let you take a look at it first.

xenyo commentedLeo,
Please take a look at the attached D7 version when you get the time. If it looks ok then I would like to try helping to co-maintain audioconverter (may need ask you some questions to get set-up)
Note: changed the path of the converted files from Drupal root in the D6 version to /sites/default/converted in the D7 version.
Cheers,
Matt

xenyo commentedHi Leo,
Have you had chance to take a look at the module?

tamerzg commentedHello xenyo,
Thanks for your effort. I reviewed the code and did some changes, like the destination path to use file stream wrapper so its compatible with sites which have "files" folder in another location and some other smaller tweaks.
I discovered that you changed the field settings form into node form and thats not what we need.
Also some functions are not ported well to D7, like file_delete() which takes different param, please check my comments under TODO.
If you are interested into fixing those I will give you git access so we can work from there.

xenyo commentedHi Tamer,
Sure, we'll take a look at it after our holidays over here. Thanks for going through our code.
