I have no plans to upgrade wForms module to 5.0.

* It's not jQuery-based. A jQuery forms approach would be better suited to Drupal.
* I no longer use wForms so am not in a good position to maintain it.

If anyone using the wForms module wants to take on an upgrade and maintain the module, please speak up!
