When running Upgrade Status the report has on the last two column on the right the status of the upgrade.

The last column is an icon, there are four status icons:

  1. White X in red circle - consistently with "No available releases found"
  2. Blank - consistently with "in development" status
  3. Yellow Triangle with black "!" - all with "in core" but some "in core" have green checkmarks
  4. Green Checkmark - with either "in core" or "available"

What is the meaning of the Yellow Triangle with black "!" icon?

Triaging all Drupal 6 Upgrade Status issues as Drupal 6 is no longer supported by this module.

Since this still shows up in Drupal 7+ versions, changing the version to 7. Note the documentation link is still broken as well.
