A vote of 1 star gets displayed in the Results -> Analysis tab as a 2 star vote. I found this bug in a 7 star and 8 star layout.

The fivestar module rounds up (ceil) all percentages. This may be something to look up later as when you transform votes from a four star system to a 10 star system it throws the analysis.

In _webform_analysis_fivestar, we need to apply ceil() to the star weight since that is how data is saved in the
db by fivestar. Committed to the 6.x-1.x branch.
