After adding new term to vocabulary I have to go to vocabulary editing and check rebuild menu. Otherwise the new term will not appear in the menu. Is that normal? As I went through the code I understood that when a new term has been added the menu should update automatically.

Got the answer myself. :)
Now I understand that for D7 this module lacks the most functionality that is available in D6 version.

So did you find a workaround or do you have to update the menu manually everytime?
I experience the same, and my site-setup doesn't allow the users, that DO change the menu to see that checkbox -.-
