Use Page Title instead of Title

I am using Click Path on a site but am also using a module called Exclude Node Title to (as you might guess) exclude the title on some pages. So what happens is any page that has the title excluded does not show in the click path. I'm wondering what I would need to do to modify the module to use the page title variable instead of the node title. Could someone please let me know if this would work?
