- don't show the block if aggressive caching is enabled. Should prevent #602968: Block still visible in GT and maybe #603002: Translating the wrong page!
- #831238: Google Translate Links module incompatible with aggressive cache mode by torvall: show a warning (on /admin/settings/performance) when aggressive caching is enabled
