Initial beta release for the module.
Note that the 1.x version was "skipped" due to problems with the "8.x-1.x" git branch. If you update from a 1.x dev release, make sure to require the module with the 2.x version.

This 2.x branch was created to have a clean repo in place, as I messed up the 8.x-1.x branch completely.

introducing a more sophisticated status handling for the payments.
fixed a bug, where a cancelled order by the user is marked as paid: #1861090: Clicking on cancel on the postfinance page leads to "transaction completed"
final fix for the API change : #1589188: Shipping fees not in total sent to postfinance moved from mhash to hash : #1621856: Change the obsolete mhash to hash
this release covers the commerce API change in 7.x-1.2.
