Major rework of module to handle issues with using Media Colorbox on a file entity's primary page.

The Media Colorbox formatter may no longer be used for the File entity Default view mode File display
Added the Colorbox Link formatter to allow generating a Colorbox link for text and image fields from a file entity page
Minor fix to add cursor pointer for images used within Colorbox to goto next slide

Fix for issue #1420546: Improperly configured file types causes function stack overflow.
Manage File Display Media Colorbox settings will now only allow selecting a view mode for the 'File view mode'/'Colorbox view mode' settings that doesn't already use the Media Colorbox formatter/display.
