I had to flush cache, since then, this notice just appears on the page preview screen, it might be due to the lack of an argument in the preview display. The panel page seems to behave normally now so I set this to postponed in case someone need to reopen it.

This is probably because the arguments to node_view changed when entity conversion came in. It can be fixed by going to the content page and editing all of the content -- content attached to nodes will probably say that they won't display due to context restrictions.

You don't need to remove and re-add the content; just hit the settings and 'Finish' to properly resync it to the right context Id, and then save. Everything should be fine after that.
