I noticed that upon install (5.0-RC-1), the primary menu link for the module (not the module settings link) is placed in the top level of the Admin menu rather than in a category similar to other modules. I am not complete sure about the placement but Site Building would seem an appropriate location.

Thanks. I agree. I've moved this into "Site building" (next to modules) as of version 1.38.
