A one character typo in the .info file prevents Drupal 7 compatibility. Its obvious this release wasn't even tested. What a dumb ass.

Maybe this was actually fortuitous. If Bad Judgement is always one version ahead of current Drupal, then no one will be able to enable it or its dependants.
