As someone mentioned in an imagecache issue, you can hover and view a larger and offset picture but cannot set any settings to make a simple rollover effect. Here is an exemple: http://emeka.es/clientes.php. I want to reproduce this effect but i cannot manage. I tried to make modifications in the css file but i don't know where to put the image in the html.

The effect you are looking for is not part of the functionality of the module. The idea behind this module is to create imagecache hovers, rollovers would seem to use a different javascript effect and perhaps even a different method of implementation.

yes, thanks mesh! This is what i was looking for. But now i need to figure how to appy multiple effects (lightbox2 and rollover)
