This project is a fairly simple Drupal 7 replacement for the User Badges module that piggybacks on Drupal's taxonomy API. This module allows you to automatically award custom-defined "Medals" to users who reach certain goals (at this point, either a User Points total or a role). These medals then appear on the user's profile page as a content field, and may be included in views and other places as well.

You don't seem to have your personal contact form enabled. I was going to mention that they will want a link to your sandbox project here.

My bad. :)

If there's a way to alter the description, it's not obvious, so I'll just post the sandbox link here:

Also, I fixed my personal contact form.

Checked out your site and saw the medals - they look pretty nice!

As the maintainer of User Badges, I just posted an issue inviting you to help out with the UB module and help get it to D7 and add your newer features there rather than create a new project. I would welcome the help.

I am changing status, as the code needs to be reviewed.

Hi NancyDru,

Sounds like a good idea.l Is there a way that we can chat in real time (via IM or IRC)?

nancydru’s picture

After hours or on the weekend, yes. I don't normally turn on Yahoo Messenger, so I would need to know in advance when to start it. My contact page here is enabled.

It seems that we can close this issue since NancyDru is talking to the maintainer about joining efforts? Feel free to repoen.

We haven't connected yet. I'd like to leave this open until lendrick gets commit access.

Title: Medals » Make lendrick a co-maintainer
Project: Drupal.org security advisory coverage applications » User Badges
Version: » 6.x-1.x-dev
Component: new project application » Miscellaneous

Makes sense to me, but changing project to reflect the status.

I think 2 years was enough time to leave this open.
