How to map Gender, Birthday fields to Drupal user profile fields?

Hi,

I've been looking at the Field Mappings for RPX Profile Fields.

I see that there is First Name and Last Name, those seem self explanatory.

Where would be a good place to map the following fields, and what Drupal fields types should they be considering that the help on the page says that there is a restriction on the Drupal field types "Currently only 3 Drupal profile field types are supported: single-line text, multi-line text, and URL."

Display Name -> Can this be mapped to Drupal username?

Gender -> How to map this to a field, yet still be able to have a select list on my Drupal field for users that register through Drupal instead of Janrain?

Birthday -> How to map this to a date field, or should it just be single-line text field?

Phone Number -> Should this be single-line text?
Street Address -> Multi-line text seems appropriate

Do all of the location based fields have to be single-line text? No interaction with Location module?
