CCK Private Fields, Content Profile and Registration

I am using CCK Private Fields with Content Profile and User Relatianships to make Profile Fields accessible only for Friends. When I try to register a new User, everything is working fine. But when i forgot to fill out a required Field, and the Registration Form shows up again to correct this, the Privacy Icons are no longer visible. Anyone else with this Problem?
